For our next Chop Night we’re absolutely delighted to be teaming up with the multi award-winning Hannan Meats of Moira, Craigavon.
We’ll be filling the grill with their specialty Glenarm Shorthorn rare-breed salt aged beef. We also have some of their Sugar–Pit Ox Cheek and Pastrami Shortrib on order. The whole evening promises to be very special.
Hannan’s were the pioneers of the salt ageing process and the quality of their produce really blew us away when we did a tasting earlier this year. Read all about it here. The care and attention given to the animals throughout the entire process from farm to plate is second to none.
