Ox Club is an award-winning contemporary British solid-fuel grill restaurant showcasing the best of Yorkshire produce, opened in December 2016 at Headrow House in Leeds – a multi-use venue housed within a former 20th Century textile mill.

Now into our sixth year, we’re honoured the restaurant has been featured in both the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide for 2017-2022, demonstrating the culinary talents of our brilliant team.

We are proud champions of local and regional producers with our meat supplied by small family-run farms in North Yorkshire including Swaledale Foods and R&J Butchers, fish sourced in the North Sea by Hodgson’s of Hartlepool whose fleet land some of the UK’s finest fish, and fresh fruit and veg from Wellocks.

Our menu is full of simple but imaginative dishes that change daily depending on the seasonal produce available to suppliers, whether that’s langoustines from the North Sea or the finest lamb rump from the fields of Swaledale.


Bookings Policy

Credit Card Details
Credit/Debit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. A fee of £40 per person will be charged ONLY in the event of a no show or in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Please note you will NOT be charged when making your booking.

Being a small independent restaurant this policy is in place to help protect us from losing out at peak times. If you need to cancel or amend your booking please let us know as early as possible via email info@oxclub.co.uk or by phone 0113 487 1814.

Please note that while children and dogs are welcome in our earlier sittings/Sunday service, our licence only allows them in the venue until 7pm.

Special Requests
We welcome special requests, maybe you would like to pre order a whole Turbot, or a Cote de Boeuf or maybe last time you came you had the smoked mash but noticed it’s no longer on the menu but really want to eat it again, whatever the request do let us know and we’ll do what we can to look after you.
